Return and Refund Policy

At WavePress, we’re confident you’ll love your new product! However, if you need to return it for any reason, please read the details below.

Returns

  • We are happy to exchange items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The issue must not be caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper care
  • Once approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped
  • Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled

Personalized & Custom Orders

  • All WavePress products are custom and personalized
  • Refunds are not available for personalized items
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for spelling errors, incorrect personalization details, or design choices approved at checkout

Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs, which are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
  • Please keep your proof of postage in case of any issues.

Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
